SDA+ will assess each business on its consumer-led approach. A range of factors may be taken into account during the verification process. This may include a business model review, quality system check, value for money test or consumer engagement appraisal. Demonstrated collaboration or innovation are also considered as part of the assessment.

Verification requires minimal time and effort because it relies on existing documentation from your business and a short interview.
